Product scope
The residential page lists country, state and city targeting with HTTP(S) and SOCKS5 support. Its ISP page describes static addresses combining ISP network identity with hosted infrastructure; the residential label does not establish that a device sits in a household.
When to evaluate it
Compare residential bandwidth for intermittent sampling, and ISP subscriptions for authorized workflows requiring address continuity. They meet different needs and should be evaluated separately.
Before purchasing
Check location inventory, exclusivity, renewal and replacement rules. ISP registration does not mean an unused address or universal recognition as a home broadband connection.
